The new wall-mounted, zero clearance modulating-condensing Mascot II boiler from Laars offers 95 percent AFUE efficiency in a small 100-lb. package. It is available as a 125 MBH input boiler or combination boiler and water heater. A built-in condensate trap and auto air-elimination vent along with full access to the gas valve and control panel at the same time eases setup and service. Concentric or two-pipe venting permits the use of standard PVC or CPVC piping: up to 100 feet with three-inch pipe.
