Daikin introduces new member to business unit

Waller, Texas—Some changes have been made to Daikin’s business unit as of the beginning of December. Gregory Butt will take on the role as the new division vice president of Canada for Daikin’s Business Unit. Butt will be reporting to Doug Widenmann, senior vice president and president of the Daikin Business Unit. He will be responsible for all of Daikin North America’s sales in Canada. Reporting to Butt will be Andy Cincar, regional general manager for Central Canada, Randy Sollied, regional general manager for Western Canada and Elan Azar, regional general manager for Eastern Canada.

He brings with him many years of experience working with wholesalers and engineers within the HVAC industry. In addition, he brings a technical academic background as an engineering technology to the position, a certified energy analyst, and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, London, Ont.
