Mississauga, ON – The Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) and Women in HVAC/R Canada have entered into a partnership to “promote inclusivity and professional development within the HVACR industry,” reports HRAI in a press release.
“HRAI is pleased to announce this formal agreement with Women in HVAC/R Canada. This agreement presents new opportunities for collaboration that will not only benefit each organization but will enrich the Canadian industry by recognizing and giving voice to the contributions and evolving roles of women in our industry,” said Sandy MacLeod, CEO of HRAI.
This service agreement plans to reshape the landscape of support and advocacy within the industry.
“With the support of HRAI’s shared services, our volunteers can focus on promoting career paths in the HVAC/R industry to Canadian students,” shares Jill Breeze, acting president of Women in HVAC/R Canada.
Both organizations will collaborate on government relations and inclusive advocacy as part of the agreement. Additionally, the agreement will focus on amplifying its outreach by sharing messages through various channels and fostering collaboration in promotional efforts.
