Montreal, QUE — The Master Group is strengthening its presence in the United States with the acquisition of Distributor Corporation of New England (DCNE).
DCNE is a Carrier distributor that serves the eastern New England region, including Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

This acquisition will add DCNE’s eight locations and its residential and commercial product lines to The Master Group’s distribution network, which includes 100 branches and nine distribution facilities. DCNE’s product offering includes parts, supplies, ductless solutions, and contractor training classes.
