Barrie, ON — Napoleon is a recipient of the 2025 Canadian Business Excellence Award for private business (CBEA).
Presented by Excellence Canada, this award highlights organizations that demonstrate excellence in creating outstanding workplace environments, delivering superior customer experiences, and fostering innovation throughout their operations.

The CBEA is an annual award that recognizes outstanding achievements in business excellence. This year’s award ceremony will be held on Sept. 23 at the Eglinton Grand in Toronto.
