Elkhart, Indiana — Nibco Inc. has revamped its PressACR product line with new branding. Each fitting now features a distinctive black band on one side, reading “Nibco,” and “PressACR” on the other.
With this new branding, Nibco’s PressACR fittings will be clearly identified from other Nibco fittings in the field. The branding will help minimize the risk of misapplication and improve contractors’ confidence on the jobsite.
PressACR fittings can be used in copper tube systems for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. They are available in sizes from 1/4-inch OD to 2-1/8-inch OD and are approved for use with K, L, and M hard copper tubing that complies with ASTM B280 ACR tube or B88 standards, and with soft copper up to 7/8-inch OD.
