Cleveland, Ohio — Oatey announces the acquisition of Lansas B.V., a Dutch manufacturer and distributor of underground pipe and disc plugs.

For over 70 years, Lansas has been a pipe and disc plugs manufacturer servicing the European waterworks markets.
The acquisition helps expand Oatey’s footprint in the European waterworks market. Oatey currently holds a place in the North American waterworks pipe plug market under its Cherne brand.
