Mississauga, ON – Canadian contractors have the opportunity to improve their company’s profitability. The Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) has announced that Mather Economics, Atlanta, Georgia, a new associate member of the association, is offering HRAI member contractors an opportunity to participate in a pilot project.

The project will provide a historical analysis of the contracting company’s business profits over the past two to five years. It will include a risk and opportunity assessment, a job costing tool, and a forecasting model for improving profits.

The work is custom to each contactor’s challenges and the cost to participate is $500 per month for the four- to six-month project. At the end of the project, Mather is asking that you allow them to share an anonymous case study about the pilot with others in the industry.

To participate in the project or to ask questions, email info@mathereconomics.com.
