Wilo has entered into an agreement to acquire Plad Equipment.Montreal, QUE — Wilo has reached an agreement to acquire Plad Equipment Ltd, which specializes in pumps and packaged pump systems for HVAC, boosting, firefighting, and irrigation applications.
“With this acquisition, Plad is strengthening Wilo‘s regional presence to meet local customer needs with locally manufactured products,“ explains Jeff Plaster, CEO/senior vice president of North America for Wilo USA LLC. “We also expand our customer base in the Canadian market to further serve their needs.”
Based in Montreal and Quebec City, Plad employs 43 people and offers pump repair and machining services.
