At the 2020 AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida, contractors competed in a challenge to see who could install a Haier mini split the fastest.

Wolseley Canada, Burlington, Ont., announced a new partnership with GE Appliances, Louisville, Kentucky, starting in May. Wolseley will carry the company’s line of Haier ductless and heat pump products in Ontario and Atlantic Canada.

“Canadian HVAC/R professionals are looking for high-quality, energy-efficient HVAC solutions at a great value,” said Chris Hann, Wolseley HVAC/R business development manager for Ontario and Atlantic Canada. “We are thrilled to be introducing this new range of products for our customers.”

The GE Appliances line includes heating, cooling, and indoor air quality products. There are plans to expand the availability of Haier products through Wolseley Western Canada branches in the fall.
