Fort Wayne, Indiana — WaterFurnace is undergoing a $14 million expansion of its headquarters.
The expansion will see the building double in size with the addition of 173,000 sq. ft, allowing for more flexibility to increase operating efficiencies and production capabilities to meet growing customer demand, reports the manufacturer.
“We’re investing in this $14 million project because we’re committed to growing as a renewable technology leader from right here in Fort Wayne,” said John Thomas, CEO of WaterFurnace International.
WaterFurnace adds that even with the increase in space, the building will continue to be 100 per cent heated and cooled by WaterFurnace geothermal heat pumps.
