Stockholm, Sweden — Enertrak, a Canadian HVAC distributor, is joining Sweden-based Beijer Ref AB‘s North American operating segment distribution platform, which includes Heritage Distribution Holdings companies. Beijer Ref is a global HVAC distribution group operating in 46 countries.
As stated in the press release, “The transaction represents an exciting new chapter in Enertrak’s 44-year history and positions Enertrak for continued growth while preserving the values, relationships and entrepreneurial culture that have defined its success since its founding in 1982.”
With this announcement, Enertrak will continue to operate under its established brand and will be led by its existing executive management team.
