Toronto, ON — Blade Air is entering the residential HVAC filtration space thanks to its acquisition of InnerEco Environmental Inc.
InnerEco’s brands include Cimatec, Airscreen, ToxBox, and ESSA.
Blade Air, founded in 2017, “Began with a groundbreaking innovation: the world’s first zero-waste carbon filter, designed to tackle odour issues in smelly facilities.”
As stated in the press release, “This acquisition marks a significant step in Blade Air’s journey to deliver sustainable clean air solutions across North America.”
Both Blade Air and InnerEco are based in Toronto.
