Grundfos, Oakville, Ont., introduces its SEV and SE1 pumps, which are designed for handling wastewater, process water, and unscreened raw sewage in heavy-duty municipal, utility, and industrial applications. Both pumps are available with single-channel or SuperVortex impellers, allowing for free passage of solids up to four-inches. This reduces the risk of clogging.
The SEV and SE1 pumps can be used in permanent dry or submerged installations of an auto-coupling system or with a fixed pipe connection. The pumps are also suitable for freestanding installations or as portable pumps.
