By Plumbing & HVAC Staff on December 8, 2022 News

Ottawa, ON — Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking feedback from Canadians in a nationwide survey regarding building energy code compliance.

The survey will gain input from industry professionals, practitioners, and building officials with recent experience helping to demonstrate or enforce energy compliance for large buildings.

The survey’s feedback will estimate current compliance rates with energy codes for large buildings, understand current obstacles to compliance, and inform future efforts to improve energy code compliance across Canada. Responses will be anonymous.

The deadline to complete the survey is Jan. 2. To access the survey, visit the NRCan website.
