Napa, California — The Association of Independent Manufacturers Representatives, Inc. (AIM/R) announces that registration is open for its annual conference. The 2026 edition of the conference will be held at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, California, from Sept. 14 to 17.

This year’s theme for the conference is “The Perfect Blend,” a nod to the wine culture in Napa and to how manufacturer reps need to have the perfect blend of experience and innovation, relationships and technology, tradition and transformation, according to the association.

AIM/R adds that this year’s theme, “Captures the essence of looking ahead while honouring the past, ensuring that we are equipped to thrive in the evolving industry.”

During the conference, attendees will have access to educational discussions, vendor exhibits, network opportunities, and leisure activities. The educational program will kick off with Lital Marom, who will host a session on “The Power of AI” on Sept. 15.

On Sept. 16, Brooks Hamilton of AI Strategy Advisors will present on “The Perfect Blend: AI Enhancements for the RepNation.” Later that afternoon, Paul Giudice, CEO of CoMetrics, will host a session on “Benchmarking 2.0: Rep Case Studies for Utilization.” Following this session will be three concurrent sessions covering implementing A.I. in the RepNation, Employee Compensation and Benefits, and How to Buy a 30-day Contract Successfully.

Rounding out the conference’s educational program on Sept. 17 will be AIM/R Live: Generational Succession and Workplace Cultural Shifts. Participating in this session will be Jennifer Rodrigues of Marsh and Moore, Alan Cohen of Rich Tomkins, Cullen McCarthy of Walter F Morris, Rollie Pastor of Rich Tomkins, and Nate Wolf of MMI.

Leisure activities available for guests include a cooking demo and lunch with a chef, a golf tournament, and a winery tour. AIM/R will also host its reception dinner and silent wine auction on Sept. 15.
