Peachtree City, Georgia — Rinnai is honouring its pros and customers with the release of its Pro Appreciation Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes will introduce the launch of Rinnai’s new Sensei RX/RXP tankless water heater.

From May 1 to July 31, each purchase of the Sensei water heater can be used to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win prizes. The grand prize is a 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat. The first prize is a Tony Stewart Racing Experience trip to Las Vegas. Pros can enter as many times as they wish.

The sweepstakes has two methods of entry. The first involves uploading a receipt confirming the purchase of a Sensei water heater online. The second requires answering a question via postcard, with their name, address, phone number, email, and answer.

The question is: What is the technology that allows a smartphone to connect to the Sensei RX Series via Bluetooth? Participants can visit this link during the sweepstakes entry period to find the answer to the question.

Canadians interested in entering via method two can find the answer here and may email the aforementioned personal information.

All entries via the first method be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on July 31. Entries via the second method  must be postmarked by July 31, and received by August 7.

The sweepstake is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are aged 21 and older at the time of entry and who are licensed plumbers, contractors, or persons employed with a plumbing/HVAC company.

To win any prize, Canadian residents must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone and answered orally.
