Cambridge, ON—Ont-based plumbing manufacturer sponsors charity golf tournament, which raised $35,000 for mental health promotion in the Ottawa-area.  Saniflo Canada was one of eight sponsors to participate in the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Champlain East’s 18th annual Subway tournament.

“We were happy to help support this year’s tournament,” says Phil Warren, national sales manager for Saniflo Canada.

Hosted by the Subway Brunet franchise, around 132 individuals played at the tournament held at the National Golf Club in Curran, Ont. The raised funds will be used for mental health promotion in the community, including workshops on stress management, suicide awareness and prevention, and mental health first aid.

The CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses and supports the recovery and resilience of all Canadians.
