Regina, SK — Homeowners in Saskatchewan could be eligible for a free home heating tune-up with the Tune-Up Assistance Program (TAP).
Under the program, eligible applicants receive a network home heating tune-up, a carbon monoxide alarm, two furnace filters and up to $200 in repairs (if required). This makes for a total value worth up to $400.
Homeowners with a combined annual income of $68,000 or less, and who are within 25 km of a community served by a SaskEnergy network member can apply for the program until Nov. 30.
Renters and rental properties, and homeowners who received a free home heating tune-up between June 2022 and February 2023 are not eligible for the program.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
