Vancouver, B.C. — The Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) is honouring innovative projects, teams, and individuals that positively contributed to Canada’s green building sector courtesy of its CaGBC Awards.
Nominations can be submitted online until March 15.
The CaGBC Awards is a national competition with two categories: green building for the most impactful building projects and green building leadership to recognize individuals’ and teams’ commitment, vision, and creativity.
Awards handed out in the green building category include zero carbon design, deep carbon retrofit, new construction and inspiring homes.
Leadership awards to be handed out include the green building champion and visionary, emerging green leader, and government leadership awards.
Students with an inspiring project can also be nominated for the Andy Kesteloo Memorial Student Project Award.
Winners will be announced at CaGBC’s Building Lasting Change conference. Last year’s competition winners can be found on the Plumbing & HVAC website.
